One email, and a real answer
We deliberately keep this simple. There is no contact form to fill in, no call-back queue and no sales team — just an address that reaches the people who do the work.
Registered office
Our statutory address for correspondence. Please arrange any visit, drop-off or collection by email first — it is not a walk-in shop.
PK Tech Gurus Ltd2 Hawkes Close, Langley
Slough, England, SL3 8BN
United Kingdom
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time.
Emails received outside those hours are answered the next working day.
Migrations, cutovers and other work that takes systems offline are scheduled for evenings or weekends by arrangement.
What to put in it
None of this is compulsory — a one-line "my laptop will not turn on" is a perfectly good start. But the more of the following you include, the more useful our first reply can be, and the fewer rounds it takes to reach a price.
- The symptom, in your own words — what happens, and when it started
- The device — make, model and rough age, if you know them
- Whether the data matters, and whether there is a backup
- What has already been tried, including by anyone else
- How urgent it is — is a business stopped, or is this a nagging annoyance
- Where you are, if you would like on-site attendance
Where we work
On-site attendance is concentrated around our base in Berkshire; remote consultancy and support are delivered anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Slough & Langley
Our home patch. Same-week attendance in most cases, and the shortest turnaround on bench repairs because there is no courier in the loop.
Thames Valley & west London
Windsor, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, Hayes, Staines, Reading and the surrounding area, by arrangement. Travel is quoted transparently and only when a visit is genuinely needed.
United Kingdom
Consultancy, cloud work, migrations and helpdesk support are delivered remotely nationwide. Devices can be sent to us for bench work where a visit is impractical.
Common contact questions
Our target is the same working day for emails received before mid-afternoon, and the next working day otherwise. If a reply would take longer than that, we will still acknowledge the message and tell you when to expect the substantive answer.
Because we would rather answer properly than answer instantly from the middle of another customer's job. Email gets you a considered reply, a written record and a faster route to an accurate quote. Once a job is under way we will happily agree a direct number for it.
Please email first. The registered office is the company's statutory correspondence address rather than a shop counter, so drop-offs, collections and visits are arranged individually — that way somebody is expecting you and your device is logged in properly.
Both. A single repair, a second opinion on a quote or an afternoon of advice are all perfectly normal engagements. There is no obligation to take a retainer, and we will not push one on you.
We will tell you, at no charge, and point you at the kind of specialist who does handle it — clean-room data recovery and manufacturer warranty work being the two most common examples. Stretching to fit a job we are not equipped for helps nobody.
We use the details in your message only to answer it and, if you go ahead, to deliver and invoice the work. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to a marketing list. The full detail is in our privacy notice.
Send the problem. We will send back an honest answer.
No form, no queue, no obligation — and no charge for the conversation that decides whether we are the right people for it.
